The Community Empowerment Studios is a new state of the art full service recording facility located at Community Empowerment Association's Cultural Center on Homewood Avenue in neighborhood of Homewood-Brushton. The newly constructed facility will serve as the main tool for launching C.E.A .'s new youth music mentor program as well as be developed into a source of employment for youth as the studio becomes more financially self sustained.
