About the event
The Problem: Thousands of Black men are returning to their communities with very few resources and tools to help them in their transition.
Our Solution:
Beyond the Bars Re-entry Program assists formerly incarcerated individuals in transitioning back into the community by connecting them to housing, family reunification, healthcare, mental health services, workforce development & employment support, and life skills training.
