This is our Youth Leadership Growth and Development Initiative. A comprehensive empowerment program designed to provide young people and their parents with the essential tools for a successful future. By integrating college preparation and workforce development with life skills and emotional support, the initiative ensures participants are professionally equipped and personally resilient. Through a dedicated focus on educational and cultural enrichment, the program fosters holistic growth and leadership to prepare the next generation for their upcoming endeavors.

2026 Future Ready Ceremony
The Learn & Earn is a Summer Program for young people ages 14-21 years old to work over the course of 6-weeks. Community Empowerment Association is proud to be a worksite with Partners 4 Work since the Learn and Earn program began in 2015. Through Learn & Earn, youth are placed with CEA where they are hired, trained, and gain work experience. For many participants, Learn & Earn is their first job experience; for others it has become their consistent summer job.
